Having graduated from Leeds University with a bachelor’s degree in business, I began my career in financial services by completing my CeMap mortgage certifications, allowing me to become a Mortgage Adviser.

After providing mortgage advice for a few years, I had the opportunity to relocate and work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as a coordinator/paraplanner. The time spent there was enjoyable; in particular, I love travelling, and it was a pleasure to see another part of the world and understand its cultures.

After nearly six years in Malaysia, I decided to further my financial knowledge by returning to the UK and completing various financial exams to achieve a Diploma in Financial Planning (APFS) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). After I had achieved the diploma, I was offered a paraplanning role in the South of France, working for Blevins Franks Wealth Management, the largest expatriate firm in Europe. Again, taking in a new culture and exploring another part of the world appealed to me.

To further my career, I decided to take the opportunity to relocate back to the UK and become a Financial Adviser. I enjoyed being back with my family again. They own a Christmas tree farm, which I greatly enjoy helping with when I can throughout the year and in particular during the Christmas period.

I always have great memories in my mind regarding my previous time in Malaysia. An opportunity arose working back in Kuala Lumpur as a wealth planning manager for Melbourne Capital Group. I ceased the opportunity to relocate back to Kuala Lumpur.

I provide holistic financial planning to my clients to help them achieve their financial goals. This gives them peace of mind that not only they are secure for now and the future, but their families are. My clients from numerous countries around the world become more tax-efficient, benefiting from the advantages of being an expatriate. My philosophy is to do a good job for my clients, and in turn, they introduce me to other expatriates they feel could benefit from an initial meeting with me. This is how I grow my clientele: by providing clear, understandable, and reliable advice.

In my spare time, I enjoy various sports; in particular, I regularly swim, attend the gym, and try to keep up to date with the latest sporting events. Spending time with friends and family is a must. When back in the UK, I still enjoy time with my family on the Christmas Tree Farm, despite the cold weather at Christmas.
