Melbourne Capital Group partners with Wise, easing clients’ global money transfers

Melbourne Capital Group has partnered with Wise, a global technology company offering fast, secure e-transfer of money worldwide without incurring inflated fees.  

The partnership gives Melbourne Capital Group clients who open an account with Wise an exclusive free transfer of up to 1,000GBP or equivalent in another currency.  

Once they have an account, clients will be able to;  

• Send money fast in over 40 currencies without hidden fees or exchange rate markups.  

• Transfer large sums securely to buy a property or receive inheritance.

• Receive payments internationally; including pensions, rental income and sold shares.  

• Gain access to local bank account details in nine currencies, including USD, EUR, AUD, CAD and GBP and receive payments into their account. This is subject to residency.  

• Earn interest in EUR, GBP and USD. This is subject to residency. US citizens cannot use this feature.

• Enjoy competitive exchange rates when travelling. Subject to residency, clients can request a Debit Card to use when travelling abroad or buying goods in another currency. Wise automatically converts currency at mid-market exchange rates and provides free ATM withdrawals.
