After spending my childhood as an expatriate child in Bahrain, I was keen to leave the U.K. to pursue a career overseas as soon as possible. In 2004, I made that move and arrived in Kuala Lumpur, working as a para planner with one of the prominent IFAs in town at the time. In 2006, I was involved in setting up the Malaysian franchise of the Alexander Beard Group and subsequently led a management buyout in 2009 with one other partner to form Greenwood Private Wealth Management. Over more than two decades, my work has centred on private clients with international lives, helping them structure their finances, plan for the future, and make sound decisions in the face of ever-changing global circumstances.

Now at Melbourne Capital Group, I advise expatriate clients across Southeast Asia on the financial planning challenges that come with living internationally. From investment structuring to long-term wealth planning, my approach is grounded in practical experience and a genuine understanding of what it means to manage finances across multiple jurisdictions.

On a personal note, I am married to a Malaysian wife, have two sons, and am a permanent resident of Malaysia.
