How it works

01

Receive close mentorship

You will be assigned a primary mentor responsible for your development plan, performance oversight, and progression milestones. However, mentorship is not limited to one individual. You will also shadow experienced advisers across the wider team, as well as having regular contact with senior leadership throughout your time in the Academy.

02

Complete vital qualifications

You are required to hold certain qualifications to be a financial planner. We will help support and prepare you to complete these.

03

Shadow our team

You will shadow the team to absorb technical knowledge, understand regulatory frameworks, develop cultural awareness, and build confidence in international financial planning structures.

04

Work with clients

Over time, as your technical understanding becomes instinctive, we anticipate you having more client conversations yourself. As competence develops and regulatory permissions allow, we expect you to begin managing client relationships independently.

05

Become a financial planner

Graduation from our Academy occurs when you demonstrate technical competence, regulatory understanding and the ability to manage sustainable client relationships independently. Typically, meaningful progression to become a holistic financial planner takes between two and four years depending on starting level and prior experience.
